How long does Potluck keep your personal data?

For users who register on our websites (if applicable), we store personal information in their user profile. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (only username cannot be changed). Administrators of the websites can also view and change this information.

Potluck will not retain your personal data longer than necessary.

If you (also) consented to receive promotions through a newsletter or other means of communication, your e-mail address will be retained until you unsubscribe.

Furthermore, Potluck keeps the necessary personal data to comply with legal provisions such as tax provisions on data retention. Potluck will therefore keep the relevant data for up to 7 years after the conclusion of an assignment. Potluck also keeps the necessary data for safeguarding its rights in case of disputes.

What rights do you have?

You have several rights:

You have the option at any time to request personal data and other information for review. Potluck will then send you a copy within a reasonable time and free of charge.

Applicable law and court

Belgian law applies to this privacy policy. All disputes will preferably be settled amicably. Should this prove impossible, all disputes arising from this privacy policy will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the district where Potluck has its registered address.
